Founder & Communications Advisor

NINA LAI

Nina is a corporate communications leader and trusted advisor who has shaped narratives and strategies for global brands including Lenovo, Emirates Airlines, Nike, Dubai Tourism, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotels. With roots across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, she bridges cultures with authenticity—connecting ideas, people, and purpose.

As former Head of Internal Communications & Chief of Staff to the CEO at Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH), she established the global internal communications function and drove strategic alignment across the organization during a period of transformation. At Lenovo, she led executive communications for the President and COO and co-founded a leadership task force that increased diverse leadership representation and helped secure company-wide inclusion reforms.

Today, Nina serves as a strategic advisor to leaders, focusing on communications that drive influence and organizational direction. She is Communications Chair at Impact 100 Seattle, a women’s collective giving organization, where she leads communications strategy and brand evolution.

Nina mentors emerging professionals through the Asian American Professional Association and writes In Between Worlds, a newsletter exploring connection across cultures.
